Mr. Zak
Principal
Zak oversees the admission process, finances, and daily operations of the school. He also contributes to the development of the school’s growth strategy.

Mrs. Rebecca
Co-Founder & Lead Guide
Rebecca has designed the elementary curriculum and studio activities for innovative education. She guides the 1st & 2nd Grade Studio and provides support to all other guides.

Mr. Tristan
Elementary Guide & Music Director
Christian is a culture builder cultivating leadership in our young learners. He has a master's degree in music and directs our music program for our elementary learners and guides the 3rd - 5th Grade Studio.

"I came to VOG because I wanted to be a part of a learner-driven community where children learn about Jesus and become life-long independent learners. I'm so excited for children to embark on project-based learning, burn with curiosity, and discover their callings so they can change the world for God's glory."
Mrs. Suzette
Operations Coordinator
Suzette is instrumental in implementing the VOG vision by coordinating special events and volunteers, managing communications with partners, and assisting with administrative tasks.

"Our family moved to Bandera about 7 years ago from Houston after we experienced the devastating flood from Hurricane Harvey. We did not know anyone here, and God led us to VOG. The first time we toured the school, we knew we were home. What started out as searching for a school for our 3 year old turned into us finding faith, family, and friendships. We now have 3 children attending VOG and I am blessed to now be a part of this Christ-centered ministry."
Ms. Katie
Elementary Guide & Art Director
Katie is the colorful guide for the Kindergarten Studio and the school's Art Director.

Ms. Daniela
Co-Founder & Pre-K Guide
Daniela is an energetic guide for our PreK Studio and leads marketing/social media content creation for the school.

I am thrilled to take on the role of teaching Pre-K this year and I look forward to guiding these young minds as they embark on their learning journey."

David constructs new projects and maintains existing structures on the school campus.

Reading Tutor Volunteer
Mrs. Cindy is passionate about learners falling in love with reading.​ VOG learners enjoy reading with Mrs. Cindy in small groups to improve their comprehension and fluency.

Staff Volunteer
Mrs. Suzy is a learner grandparent that enjoys helping in the Studio with Art's & Crafts and more! She brings so much joy to each moment and makes the school feel like home.

After-School-Care Guide
Mrs. Jennifer is a parent of a VOG learner and loves that kids can be kids at our school. She graciously offers her time to care for learners that stay for the aftercare program.

Substitute & Staff Volunteer
Mrs. Aubri has a servant's heart which is evident from her years working for local non-profits. She is inspired to help kids thrive in a Christ centered environment like VOG.

Mrs. Liane is a learner grandparent making a difference at VOG. She is eager to share her skills and experience from a career in Christian education with our school.
